The Unlimited Table – Client Policies & Terms of Service
At The Unlimited Table, we strive to make every event a flawless experience. To ensure clear communication and smooth operations, we ask that all clients review and agree to the following policies:
1. Booking & Payment
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Dates cannot be held without a deposit.
Final payment is due 10 days prior to the event date.
Accepted payment methods: credit card, ACH, or check.
A 3% processing fee will apply to all credit card payments.
2. Guest Count
A final guest count is required 7 days prior to the event. This count will be used for final billing and staffing.
Additional guests requested after the deadline may be accommodated at our discretion and will incur additional charges.
Reductions in guest count after the final deadline cannot be refunded.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit only.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will be charged 50% of the estimated total cost.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will be charged the full estimated total cost.
In the event The Unlimited Table must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded in full or the event may be rescheduled.
4. Menu & Dietary Needs
Menu selections must be finalized at least 3 weeks prior to the event.
We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies with advance notice.
Due to the nature of kitchen environments, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free menu but will take every reasonable precaution.
5. Staffing & Service Hours
Standard service includes 4 hours of event time plus setup and breakdown.
Events exceeding the contracted time will incur an overtime fee of $50/hour per staff member.
Setup and breakdown time will be arranged based on venue access.
6. Rentals & Equipment
Clients are responsible for the cost of all rentals unless otherwise specified (tables, chairs, dishware, etc.).
Any rental items damaged, missing, or returned in unacceptable condition will be charged to the client at replacement cost.
7. Alcohol Service (if applicable)
The Unlimited Table staff are certified and trained in responsible alcohol service.
Guests must present valid ID for alcohol service.
Staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated or underage.
8. Liability & Property Damage
Clients are responsible for any damage to property or equipment caused by guests or third-party vendors.
The Unlimited Table carries standard liability insurance; a certificate can be provided upon request.
9. Health & Safety
All food will be prepared and served in compliance with state and local health codes.
Staff who are ill will not be permitted to work at events.
We maintain strict sanitation and food handling procedures at all times.
10. Communication
A dedicated event coordinator will be your point of contact from booking through event day.
We respond to all calls and emails within 24 business hours.
